Global Intifada

Alhumdillah, our family got together again this weekend. Unfortunately, our cousins from Columbia Md couldn’t make it, but my cousins from Virginia all showed up.

When they came over, we had some time to kill before lunch, so I took everyone to the basement and gave archery demonstrations. Then we had prayed dhuhr and hung out. Then we ate lunch and then prayed asr. Then we went horseback riding. MashAllah, my awesome sister organized everything.

I got to ride on a white horse. His name was Traveller and he starred in the movie “Gods and Generals”.

Ahmed wryly remarked “How fitting.”

Then we went to Maggie Moos and I got this super chocolately contraption and it kept getting in my beard. I ended up using at least 10+ napkins.
