Islamization of the West Now an Acceptable International Norm
Since Western states have violated international law by imposing democratization on Muslim states, they’ve set a legal precedent whereby Muslim states or Muslim minorities within the West ought to be able to Islamize Western states.
Conclusion: If Western states do not think its fair for Shari’ah to be imposed on their lands, they should not impose Democracy on Muslims. Muslims have the sovereign right to a Caliphate.

If the Caliphate were to be re-established, would it be acceptable for Western countries to deport their Muslims to it?

It would depend if there are any treaties in which case the terms of those treaties would govern. However, given how much hostility Western states have to the concept of a Caliphate, I’d find it hard to believe that any treaties would exist, let alone it being recognized by the international community.
Islamically speaking, it would be permissible. According to contemporary Eurocentric International law, I think it might be a violation of the Geneva convention.
