Okay, Its Settled…

… I need to change my lifestyle. I’ve gotten terribly sick twice within the past three weeks due, largely, because of my lifestyle. Sleeping late, not eating healthy, not exercising, etc. My entire life my doctor’s have told me I need to stop eating sugary products and I’ve always ignored them.

So here’s a to do list:

1. Stop drinking soda.

2. Stop eating sugary products.

3. Drink more water.

4. Exercise more.

5. Eat more meat and vegetables.

6. Exercise: do more cardio.

7. Under no circumstances will I eat fast food anymore.

    Drinking Pellegrino or something similar helped me kick the soda habit. Rather than increasing cardio per se, do bodyweight exercises like pullups and pushups and deep knee bends with great intensity, like setting reps and circuits and trying to beat your own time. Eat about 4 oz. of meat with as many vegetables as you want and add a few nuts to get low-glycemic and energy-packed calories. Insha’llah you’ll be in fighting shape under those conditions.

    Thanks for the advice.

    I’ve actually been doing pullups/pushups recently at the gym as opposed to lifting weights. I’ll definitely give it a shot.
